Dog saves woman distracted by online Bingo!

A Woman was saved from certain death by her pet dog, Albert earlier this week when he alerted her to a fire that had broken out in her kitchen.
Maisie Dixon from Staffordshire was playing her favourite game of online bingo on Monday night and she had left some chips cooking in her deep fat fryer. “I was chatting away to all my online friends” said Maisie “that I forgot all about my tea. If it wasn’t for Albert it would have been so much worse. “
Albert, sensing danger barked until Maisie got up from her game of bingo and went to see what all the fuss was about. “I was greeted with quite a shocking picture when I entered the kitchen, luckily I was quick enough to put the fire out and there was no need to call the fire brigade”.
After all the drama had calmed down, Maisie ran back to her computer to tell her friends about the incident only to find out she had won the jackpot – “I saw that I had won the bingo game and had £22.87 in my account. I am going to spend it on a bone for Albert and a new smoke alarm!”
